- Please allow 7-10 business days for all orders to be processed.
- Prints, jewelry, and orders containing items signed by Leo Mystic may take a few extra days.
- PRE ORDER items will ship on or before the date shown in the product listing. Orders containing a pre order item may be held until the pre order item is in stock.
- Once orders have been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
- ALL International orders shipped directly from LeoMystic.com will ship via FedEx.
- Hats, Headbands, Masks & Face Shields are not returnable, for hygiene reasons.
- Please Note: Fine Art Paper & Canvas Prints, and all other Limited Release & Limited Edition items, have a limit of 3 items per edition, per customer/household. Orders exceeding this limit may be cancelled and refunded. Please contact email@example.com if wish to place an order exceeding this amount for a special occasion. Print numbers are assigned in the order sales are received: Requests for specific print numbers will not be accepted.
- Please allow up to 6 weeks from date of order for delivery.
- Duties & taxes levied by Customs are the responsibility of the customer. They cannot be estimated and are not the responsibility of the LeoMystic Shop. This applies to all orders.
- Please supply your current phone number & email address when placing your order. If customs cannot reach you, your package will be returned to the sender. You will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment.
- At this time, we cannot ship anything to Russia or China due to high security measures set by Customs. We truly appreciate your interest and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this.
- If a package is lost or stolen once shipped, the LeoMystic Shop is not responsible for the reproduction of the contents in the package.
- If you believe your package has been lost, please contact us within 10 business days of the shipment date. LeoMystic.com may not be able to help with lost orders after that time has passed.
- Please contact the shipping carrier directly to find your package or file a claim for missing mail.
